National Philanthropy Day 2020 Nomination Application
Nomination Requirements:
The nominator must be a current member of AFP NWA
Respond to the information requested below
Include letters of support for each nominee (maximum of three) – upload in one file
If your nominee is selected, we will request your assistance in obtaining photographs and biographical information for publicity purposes. We will give you the opportunity to notify your nominee of a selected nomination. You will be expected to engage in recognition activities with your NPD Award nominee in a virtual celebration on November 18, 2020.
Submission Requirements:
Online Nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2020
A maximum of three letters of support may be attached in one file

The Outstanding Corporation Award is presented to companies that demonstrate an exemplary commitment to the nonprofit community through financial support and/or through encouraging and motivating others to take leadership roles in philanthropy and community involvement.
The nomination should include evidence of:
Direct financial contributions to and/or support of the community
Impact of financial support or projects in the community
Specific achievements launched through the corporation’s philanthropic efforts
