The Virginia Service Commission (VSC) is seeking speakers to present topics for one or more of our scheduled training events this year. We are seeking speakers to deliver presentations and topics in a variety of formats from live workshops, topical teleconference calls, and online tutorials. Our preference is that the trainer designs training that engages participants through training methods that are participatory and will either incorporate role-play, interactive exercises, games, work-groups, case studies or scenarios.
