Graduate Checkout Form 2019-2020

Dear SKC graduate,

Thank you so much for completing the Graduate Checkout Form! This information is very important for our accreditation and we appreciate you taking the time to share your post-graduation plans with us.

SKC conducts follow-up surveys of graduates to help us track employment data and understand whether our programs are serving the needs of students. We will be emailing the survey to all graduates in September-October 2020. We sincerely appreciate your response to that survey.

Your responses will be kept confidential and only reported in aggregate.
