INTRODUCTION

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2020 CIPM HR Optimization Award, this questionnaire is designed to be completed by a representative of the HR Department.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is the body empowered by legislation for regulating the practice of Human Resource Management in Nigeria. Through continuous innovation, the Institute strives to positively transform, develop and sustain professional excellence in the Human Resource profession.

In June 2016, the Strategic Planning and Implementation Committee (SPIC) with the approval of the Council and Leadership of the Institute introduced a new category of awards submissions tagged the HR Optimization Award, to recognize and reward HR Initiatives which have impacted positively on business operations and solved key organizational problems; reinforcing HR’s presence at the table through impactful contributions as a Strategic Business Partner.

To be considered for this award, you will be required to provide information on any HR Initiative of your choice which was implemented within the last two (2) financial years and the impact such project has had on (a) Business Results (Finances/Operations) and (b) People.
