The 2020 Women In Defense National Conference team continues to track the impacts of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Currently, we intend to hold the 2020 WID National Conference as scheduled at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner on Thursday, September 10, in McLean, VA. The health and safety of our event participants, members, and partners remain our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions outlined by the CDC.

Due to these unprecedented times, we are surveying members and attendees from previous events to determine their interest and comfort level in registering for and attending this conference. We ask that you take a moment to fill out the survey below so that we may gain an understanding of your expected participation in this year’s WID National Conference.

Please note: WID is fully prepared to adjust plans as the situation warrants. We are following—and will remain in compliance with—all city, state, and federal guidelines. If and when the direction from the federal, state, and local official public health authorities changes between now and the conference, we will modify our planning to remain in compliance with all guidance and ensure the well-being of all involved.
