Workshop and Panel Evaluation

CME and CNE credits are now available for all four (4) workshops offered throughout the 2020 TB Summit. Providers may attend the sessions LIVE or watch the RECORDED sessions to receive credit. Providers must complete this evaluation form for each workshop to receive credit.
