JBBBSLA’s Student Ambassador Program was established in 2017 to connect current Scholars across JBBBSLA’s three scholarship offerings (Rising Leaders, JBBBSLA, and Nelson Scholarship), to create a supportive network that fosters continued learning, and to build a strong sense of community among Scholars.

Across college campuses nationwide, select Scholars are appointed as Lead Student Ambassadors who help facilitate Scholar Community events, workshops, and hangouts and serve as a representative for JBBBSLA.

In order to qualify for a Lead Student Ambassador position, applicants must:

*Be a current scholarship recipient of the Rising Leaders, JBBBSLA, or Arnold S. Nelson Scholarship.
*Have a strong willingess to organize and facilitate in-person and virtual Scholar Community events, workshops, and hangouts to connect with other Scholars.
*Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Applications are due on Monday, August 24, 2020 by 11:59 (PST).
