* 6. Please list positions to be targeted for recruitment/hiring at the job fair and approximately how many openings for each position you are seeking to fill.  If you are a training provider, please instead list the programs available at your institution.

* 7. This will be a career fair that is open to the public.  However, Tri-Parish Works would also like to ensure the highest number of qualified applicants visit you and your company's table. The best way to accomplish this is to allow our staff to pre-screen and refer as many potential candidates to the job fair based on the actual requirements of the positions you are seeking to fill.

It is our pleasure to make such a high-value event such as this available at no cost to the business community and partners.  Because there is so much that goes into making this event successful, we only ask a few things in return.  Please check each box to affirm your commitment. 

Note on Cancellations:  We understand that things happen. However, please understand that we often have a waitlist and need to have the time to make logistical adjustments.  No fee cancellation request must be received via email no later than Monday, March 23rd.  Cancellations received after the deadline may be assessed a fee of $300 and/or not invited to participate in future job fairs.

Please share with all Table Representatives 
  • There is no fee for employers, training providers, and community resources to participate in the Job Fair.  
  • Ample parking is available at The Harbor Center at no charge
  • Set up for Job Fair may begin as early as 11:00 AM and must be completed by 12:45 pm.  Please let us know if you need additional time as arrangements can be made.
  • Refreshments, coffee and water will be available during set up and throughout the event.
  • Table breakdown will not begin until after 4:00 pm, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Early departures will not be invited to future Job Fairs and may be assessed a late cancellation or "No show" fee of up to $300.
  • Employers will receive an 8 ft. table and two chairs (additional chairs can be requested).  Employers will have pipe and drape as a backdrop. 
  • There will be multiple interview areas for you to conduct on-the-spot interviews.
  • Logistics will be sent to the contact listed on the registration closer to the event date. 
  • All table representatives are welcome to attend the Business After Hours that will start at 4:15 pm.
