Call for Speakers - 2020 Mid-Atlantic Naturopathic Medical Education Conference

The 2020 Mid-Atlantic Naturopathic Medical Education Conference will be held virtually on September 25-27, 2020. Speakers are being sought to present Clinical Pearls of Endocrinology, Neurology & Immunology.

The conference will be held:
·      Friday, September 25: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Eastern
·      Saturday, September 26: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Eastern
·      Sunday, September 27: 9:45 am – 2:15 pm Eastern

Please include specific cases with treatments that include specifics on dosing of drugs, herbs or nutritional supplements without referencing or mentioning a particular product. Focus on your experience and offer practical approaches to direct patient care. If you are a non-practicing doctor (PhD, lab director, etc.), your presentation should include info that can be put into practice or that will directly support further clinical education of practicing doctors.

Presentations should be at least 60 minutes and no more that 90 minutes, including time for questions.

Deadline for submission is Friday, June 29, 2020.

• June 29: Deadline for speaker proposal submission.
• July 7: selection of speakers.
• August 15: Presentations due.
• August 29: Review of presentations completed with input provided back to speakers.
•September 15: Deadline for finalized presentation.

Speakers will be compensated $250 per CE hour and provided complimentary conference registration including approx. 14 CE hours.

* 15. For the speakers selected, all presentations must be submitted by August 15, 2020. The conference committee will review the presentation for content and format. If changes need to be made, your PowerPoint will be returned within 2 weeks. You will have two weeks to make changes and return it back to the September 15.
