School Excellence Showcase Application and Description Form (Deadline Date: November 4, 2019)

If your district has a program(s) it is proud of and you want to participate, please complete the survey and submit it by November 4, 2019. Please review the procedures below. We will notify you via email to confirm acceptance of your application.

Displays may be set up between 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, January 16. The show will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Please remove all displays by 5:00 p.m.

We encourage you to have representatives (staff and students) at your display to answer questions. In the past, staff and students have found this event to be an extremely good experience as well as fun! If available, bring along items that reflect your showcase. Some examples are: descriptive literature/handouts describing educational programs; tiny houses; robots; electric-powered cars; animals; technology of all types; music and fine arts; innovative ECFE; Community Education; athletics; FACS; STEM; agricultural, industrial arts, and art projects, etc. Each district is responsible for its own items/materials.

Unfortunately, no cash or credit transactions may be made during this event, but orders may be taken from potential customers.

MSBA will provide name tags for display representatives. Everyone must register at the exhibit registration area. Only persons with official Conference name tags will be permitted in the display area.
