The Lab Design Conference— CELEBRATING ITS 19TH YEAR —is seeking qualified lab design professionals interested in sharing their experience and knowledge as a member of our faculty. The conference will be held at the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street, New Orleans LA.

Areas of interest for the 2020 conference include Sustainability, Lab Design, Project & Budget Management, Current Market Trends, Construction Cost Saving Initiatives, Safety & Regulations, Specialty Labs and more.

The Lab Design Conference is known for its timely, compelling and original educational programming. Applications to speak must be submitted no later than Friday, November 29, 2019. Proposed sessions will be reviewed in the order in which they are received; therefore we strongly encourage early submissions.

If my presentation is accepted, I understand that the submission process will include a review by the Laboratory Design Editorial Advisory Board, and I will consequently be required to submit a final paper/handout using the designated conference template for inclusion into the conference proceedings by April 3, 2020. I also understand that once accepted, no changes to the topic, format, number of presenters and other modifications to the original submission will be made without the expressed written approval of Laboratory Design.

As a speaker, I will be entitled to a free conference registration to attend the 2020 Lab Design Conference, but I understand that I am responsible for my own travel and lodging expenses. Approved additional co-presenters will be entitled to a reduced price for the conference registration.
