2020 EXHIBITOR and SPONSOR CANCELLATION AGREEMENT

Please complete the following cancellation agreement to indicate your preferred method for the reimbursement of your 2020 PRPS/PAEE Conference & Expo exhibit and/or sponsorship fees. This agreement should be completed by the individual that managed the original 2020 PRPS/PAEE Expo contract details, not all company exhibit representatives. If you're unsure who completed the original contract please email Emily Gates, Director of Strategic Partnerships, at egates@prps.org.

Please be aware that PRPS will provide complimentary 2020 Commercial Memberships to all exhibitors and sponsors that were participating in the 2020 PRPS/PAEE Conference & Expo. This membership provides numerous benefits including a listing in the 2020 PRPS Buyers Guide and Directory. In addition, the contact information for all intended 2020 Conference & Expo attendees will be provided to all exhibitors and sponsors.
