Longmeadow has launched CLOSE Community, a coalition effort to reduce substance use disorders in our community.  CLOSE Community works collaboratively with community stakeholders to identify, initiate, and sustain efforts promoting prevention, treatment and recovery.  

We are interested in your opinions.  This community survey will help us to better understand where to focus our efforts in order to best address these issues as a community.  All of your responses are completely ANONYMOUS.
