Dear CAI-OC Members and Friends,

Welcome to CAI-OC's second annual online OC Excellence in Community (OCEC) Awards Nomination Form!  It's been less than a month since last year's Awards Dinner, and we are opening our awards nominations process because we want you to nominate excellent colleagues and industry leaders all year. 

Do you know someone who has shown excellence in 2020? 

Please use this form to nominate them as you catch them doing something good this year! It just takes a few minutes to complete this form, so nominate a colleague while their contribution is fresh on your mind.

Please nominate a deserving industry leader by completing this form anytime during the year and by 5 p.m. on May 14, 2021.
