Troop Cookie Managers and Service Unit Cookie Program Coordinators who would like to have users added to their troop or SU should complete this form so that GSNETX may upload those individuals based on their request.

It's important to note that GSNETX does not verify membership status, background check eligibility, etc. By completing this form, you acknowledge that you are an authorized TCM or SU CPC who has been loaded in eBudde and you are making this request to give access, which in many cases includes the ability for the user to make changes. More explanation in roles below.

GSNETX strives to complete these requests in 1-2 business days, however during peak times, these requests may be delayed.
