Motion: That the minutes of the ARNA Annual General Meeting held 14 October 2019 be endorsed as a true and correct record.

* 2. To receive and accept the Audited Financial Statements of ARNA as at 30 June 2020.

Motion: That the Treasurer's Report, ARNA Financial Report and independent Auditor's Report for the financial year ending 30 June 2020 be adopted.

* 3. Special Resolution to adopt new ARNA  Constitution and operate as a Company Limited by Guarantee.

Motion: That ARNA adopt the new Constitution as proposed, to form a not-for-profit public Company Limited by Guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001, Australasian Rehabilitation Nurses’ Association (Ltd).

* 4. Special Resolution to confirm current National Committee members as ARNA Board of Director members.

Motion: That current National Committee members (as specified) will continue as ARNA Board of Directors for tenure as specified to enable transition continuity. Namely:-
