* 2. GOVERNANCE TASK FORCE
About the Governance Task Force
The Governance Task Force will look at the governance structure and governing documents of CCIAOR and CCIMLS to ensure they are relevant and help accomplish our current strategic plans. Among the elements of our strategic plan, the task force will be tasked with:
- Ensuring our governance and governing documents are reflective of the organization's goals and values
- To examine our leadership selection process to ensure we have leadership that are skilled and forward-thinking leaders that make decisions by anticipating member needs;
- To make certain MLS decision-making is efficient and responsive to participant and subscriber needs;
- Examine the impact of policies that equate CCIMLS participant & subscriber to equal REALTOR®;
- Make any recommendations to bylaw or policy changes to ensure CCIAOR & CCIMLS have clear governance policies.
Task Force Composition: 5 to 7 CCIAOR members. 
Time Commitment: Will meet the first half of 2019 with 4 to 6 meetings expected.

* 3. COMMUNITY & MEMBER ENGAGEMENT GROUP
About the Community & Member Engagement Group
The Community and Member Engagement Group connects with and recommends investments in local organizations and initiatives that further the mission and strategic plan of CCIAOR and positions REALTORS® as integral to the community through building partnerships and exposure for our members. Additionally, the group advises staff on offering innovative programming and opportunities to engage membership across demographic groups and to strengthen member involvement with the Association.
Group Composition
10 to 12 CCIAOR members make up this group and each can serve for 1 year or stay on for several. For those currently serving in 2018, we ask that you submit your interest in serving again in 2019 via this form. We also welcome and encourage new members to submit their interest as well.
Time Commitment:
Quarterly meetings as well as participation and involvement in events and programs planned by the group.

About the Government Affairs Group
As our advocacy efforts grow, we need a group of REALTORS who are knowledgeable and have a keen interest in how real estate and public policy intersect in areas such as zoning bylaws, land use regulations and affordable housing. The composition and meeting schedule for this group is still to be determined, but if you are interested in getting involved, please indicate below and we will reach out to you when we move forward.

* 6. MLS ADVISORY GROUP
About the MLS Advisory Group
The role of the MLS Advisory Group is to advise CCIMLS staff and the Board of Directors on issues related to rules, data integrity and products to ensure more accurate data, better cooperation among participants, and better products provided to the participants and subscribers of CCIMLS; while making the goals of the MLS a priority.
Group Composition
10 to 12 CCIMLS members make up this group and each can serve for 1 year or stay on for several. For those currently serving in 2018, we ask that you submit your interest in serving again in 2019 via this form. We also welcome and encourage new members to submit their interest as well.
Time Commitment:  6 to 8 meetings per year.
