This training is expressly and solely open to Colorado-licensed, Education Professionals currently working Full-Time in Colorado public schools and approved facilities.
PLEASE READ ALL QUESTIONS CAREFULLY, AND THEN ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY- incomplete, inaccurate, or blank responses will lessen your likelihood of acceptance into this training.
EACH MEMBER of your team who wants to attend this training MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY. Each team member should type in the names of their fellow registering team members in the space provided on the form.
As a reminder: only those who attend each hour of this four-day training will be awarded CDE training hours. If you cannot commit to attending each full day of training (in October and March), do not submit an application. Substitutions absolutely will not be allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: Completing this application form does NOT guarantee you a place at the training. Colorado Department of Education ASD specialist will review all applications as they are submitted. Application for registration will close October 1, 2019 and those who will be accepted into the institute will receive confirmation by email no later than Tuesday, October 8, 2019.
***Priority for selection will be given to teams that include a general educator and teams that have members responsible for direct literacy instruction (not necessarily district team members) for students with ASD.***
