2019 Important Information

Question Title

* 1. Any application filled out after 9/26/19 at 5pm will be automatically be put on the wait list

* 2. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance as a vendor into the Christmas Bazaar

* 3. The event coordinator reserves the right to choose vendors based on photo and description of their items to ensure a variety within the show. EVEN if they have been a vendor for previous Bazaars.

* 4. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be accepted. Completed applications must include: completed  application, payment, updated pictures of items, and signed child protection agreement

* 5. Application Deadline: September 26, 2019

* 6. Applicants will not be informed about acceptance until the deadline, October 3, 2019. Those who have not been accepted will have their payment reimbursed at that time.

* 7. We have room for 41 booths. Only waitlist spaces will be available post acceptance date.

* 8. You will receive an acceptance letter and email with more information if you have been accepted.

* 9. All vendors must have a Baldwin County Business License to participate.
