Nominations begin October 3, 2018. All nominations must be submitted by Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. EST. All answers to questions must be 300 words or less.

LETTERS OF SUPPORT

Each of the two LETTERS OF SUPPORT must be no longer than one page; clearly state the author's relationship to the nominee and knowledge of the nominee's service in order to provide sufficient information on the individual or organization; not to be used to serve as both a letter of support an nomination narrative; be submitted by someone other than the nominator and by someone not directly related to the nominee; if available, it is suggested, but not required, that letters of support be submitted on the letterhead of the letter writer's organization.
