Application for FREE Law Student Volunteer Registration
Please join the LSBA, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and a host of statewide local and specialty bar associations for the Louisiana State Bar Association's Twelfth Annual Conclave on Diversity in the Legal Profession. This year’s theme is “Strides in Diversity: Opening Doors for the Next Generation.”

Location - Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, 500 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA
Registration - Registration for volunteers on the day of the Conclave is at 7:45 a.m. Please ask for Chris Clarkson when you register so that you can receive your volunteer assignment. Registration is in the Rhythms Foyer on the 2nd Floor.
Task Assignments - Registration will open for attendees at 8:00 a.m. Volunteers will assist with checking in attendees.
Breakout Sessions begin at 10:30 a.m. Volunteers will be placed in a breakout session where they will greet attendees, answer questions, ensure that everyone is signed in, and provide any assistance that the panelists may require.
Lunch - Please remember that student volunteers will be on their own for lunch, which begins at 12:05 p.m. and runs until approximately 12:50 p.m. There are affordable lunch options within walking distance of the hotel.

Parking – Valet parking, without in and out privileges, is available at the Sheraton New Orleans on the day of the Conclave and the cost is $15.00/day. Parking is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Please mention to the valet that you are there for the LSBA conference. A voucher to cover the parking fee will be available at the registration desk.
Attendance of the Conclave - After the morning Breakout sessions, students are free to attend the remaining Conclave sessions.
