Welcome to our very first scavenger hunt! Please read the following instructions carefully, then register your team of up to 5 people. Teams can consist of family members, friends, neighbors, club members...you name it!
This isn't your parents' scavenger hunt! Using a smartphone, teams will have 2 hours to accumulate as many points as possible by uploading both pictures and videos to the Outback Events and Adventures app. Challenges include snapping photos at specific landmarks in Eagle Springs, recreating iconic photos, and making a logo for your team.
The scavenger hunt will take place on Saturday, March 23rd at 10 am at the soccer field in the Sports Complex. Teams must have no more than 5 people and need a team captain with a smart phone. Each team captain will need to download the free American Outback Adventures & Events smartphone app. We recommend they do so at least one day prior to the event.
Once registered, team captains will be emailed instructions on the event. Questions can be directed to Activities@InsideEagleSprings.com.
The morning of the event, team captains will need to sign up for the event using an email address. You will be given an activity code and password to access the event when the hunt starts.
Teams will compete in challenges around Eagle Springs, uploading completed challenges to the website for points. The team with the most points at the end of the event will win a $250 gift card courtesy of Monica Humphrey, Realtor, Keller Williams Northeast. The event is projected to take roughly two hours total and challenges will be located in and around Eagle Springs.
Team captains must be in good standing with ESCA.
