* 10. Application terms and acknowledgements

By lodging an application to register a basketball club to become an Affiliate Club and Member of the League (as those terms are defined in the Constitution):

1. you warrant and represent that you are duly authorised to make such an application on the relevant club’s behalf;
2. you acknowledge and agree that the club, including any officers or officials, all members of the club, any team nominated by the club and any person playing for the club will, upon acceptance of the application, immediately become bound by:
      (a) the League Constitution, as may be amended by the League from time to time;
      (b) the League’s Code(s) of Conduct, as may be published by the League from time to time;
      (c) any rules, by-laws, policies, terms or conditions and / or guidelines that may be published by the League from time to time;
      (d) the tribunal and disciplinary processes and procedures that the League may adopt and implement from time to time (and the club, including officers and officials, players and coaches submit to the League’s disciplinary jurisdiction).
3.  the club agrees to pay the membership fee(s) as prescribed and notified by the League.
4. the players in any team(s) nominated by the club agree to pay the game fees as prescribed and notified by the League, failing which the club will be liable for and pay such game fees.

Thank you for application and team nomination(s). You will recieve an email shortly with details for paying the Application Fee and a copy of the Code of Conduct and SAABL Constitution.

An Application Fee will be $150.00 per team nominated paid by 31st March 2019. Application Fee is $200 per team from 1st April 2019 to the closing of applications at C.O.B. 19th April 2019.

The SAABL Winter 2019 season commences Saturday 4th May 2019.
