6.I understand that I must be a fully financial member of AV & AA for the duration of the selection period and the 2019 National PARA & VI Championships. Further I acknowledge that candidate applications close midnight TBC-2019 and I confirm that I will be a currently classified archer for this event or I am highly likely to gain classification at the event.

You can advise‘same as 2018’ if this is applicable. Where archer already has a tracksuit, issue may be limited polo shirt.

Notes:
1. Fitted shirts are actually ladies sizing.
2. Extra length can be ordered.  Length is measured from the nape of the neck down.
3. ***VERY IMPORTANT*** To get correct size, use a shirt that fits comfortably, lay it on a table and measure across, from armpit to armpit.  This process is very accurate for sizing and is a must.

Guessing sizes or using your 'usual size' has not been successful. Please measure.
8.I understand that I am responsible for my own entry registration & fees for the 2019 National PARA & VI Championship. Successful candidates will have their entry fee to the event (no late fees) reimbursed, uniform supplied per State Team Policy and may receive a distribution from Sport and Rec Victoria grant funds (where AV are successful in being awarded same) to partly cover demonstrated (i.e. must have ATO compliant tax invoice) travel & accommodation expenses.
