The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida is preparing to launch  our 2019 Management and Fundraising Series. These series of trainings have been designed to strengthen management and development staff through a fast-paced set of sessions focused on people management, organizational leadership, and fundraising topics. This series also has a focus on networking between nonprofit colleagues and identifying clear takeaways after each class that attendees can implement immediately at their organizations.

To make these events a success, we are actively recruiting presenters who have expertise in management and fundraising. The majority of  trainings will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (there is one full-day training in each series) at the Jessie Ball duPont Center in downtown Jacksonville, FL. The workshops we will be offering in 2019 are:

Managing Successful Teams
– This series is designed for those with supervisory management responsibilities to provide tools and training to strengthen their people management skills. A smart investment for all nonprofit professionals interested in developing their skill set for future management growth and opportunities. Fundamental Strategies of Fundraising – This series outlines the essential theories behind fundraising success and provides best practices to incorporate into your development strategies. Participants will learn how to create a standard fundraising plan, manage their data effectively, and acquire funds by engaging with prospects in new ways. Please complete your proposal by December 21, 2018 in order to be considered for our Spring 2019 training series. Our team will plan to notify all speakers no later than Friday, January 11, 2019.
