Purpose of this Survey

We, the 2019 A.A. Rally Committee, appreciate you taking the time to fill out this survey to assist in guiding future committees when making decisions.

We kindly ask that you provide an objective opinion.
 
The time to complete this survey will depend on the amount of information you provide.  Please answer as many as you choose and leave the rest. 
 
All of the committee members work hard in giving their time to make this a successful event for all concerned. 
 
We're always looking to the fellowship for assistance with this wonderful initiative, if you'd like to join the rally committee next year your service would be greatly appreciated.
