Mental Health First Aid Training 

The adult Mental Health First Aid course is an 8-hour course appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.  The course can be taught in 2 4-hour blocks or in 4 2-hour blocks, depending on which schedule best meets your training needs.  Minimum class size is 10 and maximum class size is 25.

Because Optum Idaho is generously supporting this training, Southeastern Idaho Public Health is able to offer this training at no cost to you!
