Thank you for nominating an ICR All Star!
 
ICR All Stars represent outstanding employees who are between the ages of 18-35 and have great stories to tell about their achievements.  All Star winners must be with their current employers for at least one year.  All Star winners represent one of the following industries:

  • Architecture, Construction, Engineering (ACE)
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Financial Service, Insurance, Customer Service
  • Healthcare
  • Information Technology
  • Transportation and Logistics
 
New this year, All Star Juniors! All Star Juniors are High School or College Students that have demonstrated excellence in one of the above industries through internships, job shadows or employment.  All Star Junior nominations do not have a minimum age requirement.  

Please fill out the below survey and also email a supporting letter of support to amy.lasack@kirkwood.edu by January 29, 2019.  Winners and their nominators will be notified in early February.  

If you are nominating an All Star Junior (High School or College student) please also indicate that in your letter of support.

* 8. All Stars are young professionals (under age of 35) that show a passion for their industry and have demonstrated leadership or excellence in their positions. All Stars may have advanced into their current roles through professional growth and may have a story to tell on how their paths assisted them to achieve All Star status. Please explain why do you consider the nominee to be an Industry All Star?

Please provide detailed information (personal characteristics, work accomplishments, pathway to current career, credentials received, barriers that the individual has had to overcome to be successful, leadership skills demonstrated, etc.) to support your nomination. Use as much space as needed.
