Thank you for your interest in attending the 2019 ASCE Legislative Fly-In scheduled March 12 and 13, 2019. Participation in the ASCE Legislative Fly-In program requires the completion of an application. You must be an ASCE member in-good-standing and a Key Contact to apply. You must fully complete the online application to be considered.

Preference will be given to applicants who are active in the Key Contact Program, demonstrate a history of advocacy or a strong desire to be involved in advocacy efforts throughout the year, and live in strategically important states or congressional districts for ASCE's priority issues. The application includes open-ended questions so wherever possible, please detail of your commitment to these goals in your application.

The deadline to apply is November 19, 2018.

The first round of acceptance and travel award notifications will be made by December 7, 2018 via email. The second round of award notifications will be via email by December 21, 2018.  Additional acceptance notifications will happen on a case-by-case basis if funding is available.

Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements prior to receiving an acceptance notification and registration instructuions from ASCE.

There is a small registration fee to attend the Legislative Fly-In. Please review the Legislative Fly-In FAQ document for additional information regarding registration fees, travel award stipends, expectations of Fly-In participants, etc. BEFORE applying to attend. If you would like additional information prior to completing your application, register for our Tuesday, October 9, 2018 or Thursday, October 11, 2018 webinar. The content for each webinar will be the same. 

If you are a member of ASCE's
