2019 Florida RTTX Participant Registration

The 2019 Florida Regional Tabletop Exercise for Institutions of Higher Education (RTTX) will be held February 25, 2019 at Florida SouthWestern State College. This one-day event will run from approximately 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and include a moderated tabletop exercise and after-action session on preparing participants to respond to an active shooter incident.

Given the number of individuals involved during emergency planning and response, it is recommended that 5-7 senior leaders representing various functions (i.e. public safety, emergency management, communications, leadership, student life, etc.) attend from each institution.

Each institution will be limited to a maximum of 7 participants, if more than 7 participants register from one institution, they will be placed on the waiting list.  Registration is limited to the first 100 registrants.
One registration form must be submitted per attendee. It is recommended institutions register all participants early to reserve their spots.

Confirmation:
Participants will receive a confirmation e-mail from the DHS Office of Academic Engagement within two business days of registration submission.

Cost:
There is no cost to attend this event. Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging or per diem expenses.
