* 2. Based on the rapidly changing cable television industry (viewing habits, additional ways to watch content, programming costs, etc.) please make the best selection according to your viewing preferences:

I plan to continue purchasing programming through Easton Velocity with similar packaging (tiers/channels) to enjoy the full breadth of cable television.

I would prefer to limit the programming I purchase through Easton Velocity and supplement this with subscription-based content such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. that I can purchase utilizing an internet connection.

I would prefer to stream all my content directly from a subscription-based streaming service and therefore would no longer require a cable television subscription.
