EVENT POLICIES AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS RULES - "STAY TO PLAY" EVENT
1. Our "STAY TO PLAY" policy applies to all teams that participate in the Western Conference Regional Event - ALL hotel reservations MUST be booked through USL office, NO EXCEPTIONS. For teams commuting to the event see below.
2.Most hotels will enforce the 80/20% rule (Team cannot cancel over 80% of the rooming list). Each TEAM is REQUIRED to reserve a MINIMUM of 3 nights CONTINUOUSLY at the same hotel. A ROOMING LIST is required WITHING FIVE (5) DAYS from the date of your hotel reservation form to guarantee your team's rooming block.
3. All room reservations will be honored on a “FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS." Team hotel reservations will be reserved for FIVE calendar days from the date the hotel reservation form is submitted. By the end of the 5th day USL must have received the rooming list or the reservation will expire. If rooming list IS NOT received on time the hotel choices requested on original reservation form will be allocated based on hotel and room availability at that time.
4. The team's hotel reservation block is being guaranteed by the contact's credit card BUT the hotel will not charge the card UNLESS rooms reserved DID NOT SHOW UP.

Upon receipt of room reservation numbers from USL parents should call and pay for their rooms as soon as possible. Deadline for parents calling the hotel is 9/1/2019
5. The "STAY TO PLAY" rule does not apply to teams commuting to the finals within a 70 mile radius of Western Conference Regional Event soccer fields. If a commuting team wishes to stay in a hotel it must abide by the "STAY TO PLAY" rule and stay at one of our partner hotels.
6. Make sure you read "Partner Hotel List" policies. Each hotel may have its own policy that may effect your team's stay.
7. MOST HOTELS' Cut Off Date for Hotel Team Block Reservations is September 1st, 2019 at 5 pm. (Check Hotel List below for individual hotel Cut Off Date Policies).
