Thank you for responding to FMPA’s Member Utility General Fund Transfer Survey. The purpose of this survey is to compare retail sales, total operating electric revenues and electric fund transfers for each member city. This survey contains up to eight questions and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Information needed for this survey, includes:

  • Total amount transferred from the electric system's fund to the general fund for fiscal 2018
  • Revised general transfer policy (if applicable) to send to Ann.Beckwith@fmpa.com
  • A list of interdepartmental services included in the general fund transfer, if applicable
  • Estimated amounts included in the general fund transfer for services provided by the electric department, if applicable
  • Total electric revenues for fiscal 2018
  • Annual kWh sales for fiscal 2018
  • The city’s municipal property tax millage rate for fiscal 2018
While taking the survey, respondents can go back to previous questions and edit responses. However, if  the survey is closed prior to completing the survey, responses are not saved.

Responses are due by August 30, and the results will be shared with survey participants.
