End-of-Year College Bridge Survey - June 2018
The purpose of this survey is to gather information and feedback to assess the progress of College Bridge's Math Pipeline Readiness Project (M-PReP), including the SLAM dual-enrollment course(s). Your opinions, insights, and experiences are valuable in informing future program improvements and measuring grant evaluation outcomes. Funding for next school year is predicated on College Bridge having these data to share with the funder.
Completing the survey will range from 5-15 minutes depending on your role. All individual responses are confidential and will not be identifiable. Names are only used for tracking purposes and will never be reported or shared.
