The City of Sac City, in cooperation with Region XII Council of Governments, is preparing an update to the City of Sac City Comprehensive Plan. The comprehensive plan is a strategic plan for the growth and development of the city. Part of the planning process includes a public opinion survey. Completeing the following survey will help identify strengths and weaknesses in teh community and what services are most important to local residents.
You may complete the online survey once per computer. Paper copies of this survey are available at the Sac City City Hall and Library. Completed paper copies may be returned to these locations or to Region XII COG at the address below.
