General Information
This form must be submitted by the nominated club representative for each club entering the 2018 Victorian Age Championships by 11:45pm on Tuesday 2 January 2018.
All competing swimmers and team managers are required to display their accreditation at all times when on pool deck. Access to the corridor leading to the change rooms and marshalling room will only be allowed by showing your accreditation at the security checkpoint.
