Welcome, Preaching Fellows, Peer Group Facilitators, Program Leaders, and Preaching Guides! Deep Calls to Deep is a program that emphasizes the spirituality of preaching - a practice that deepens and enriches one's relationship with God - and focuses on engaging the bodies and voices of participants to discover and strengthen human aliveness in God. We would like our meal menu and schedule to reflect this emphasis on wholeness.
Please complete and submit this form no later than February 1, 2018. Having this information will help us to make adjustments to our Residency menu and housing plans, and to plan plenary sessions and worship.
We will send you more information closer to the Residency regarding spiritual direction, yoga, and other electives. Please remember to bring your calendars (for scheduling peer group meetings), clothing that you can layer (for air conditioned buildings) and move around in (Embodiment workshops), earplugs for sleeping, and instruments (if you wish to play one in worship).
