Oregon Market Managers,

Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Farm Direct Nutrition Program (FDNP) season. This application is the first step in your farmers market becoming designated as an FDNP participant. This designation will provide you, and your vendors, the opportunity to connect with more than 80,000 WIC families and eligible seniors seeking to purchase locally grown fruits, vegetables, and fresh-cut herbs.

Before you begin, please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the FDNP Market Manager Agreement. Submitting a completed application means you have read, understood, and agree to the conditions within the agreement.
