New Hanover Regional Medical Center is the title sponsor for the Wrightsville Beach Marathon, Saturday, March 17.  More than 4,000 participants are estimated to participate this year, making this race bigger and better than before.  SMAT will be staffing the major medical treatment area at the finish line of the race.   We will provide lunch on the day of the event.
