To give our next generation of Californians more opportunities to learn and succeed, PG&E is offering 4-week paid summer internships to local students interested in being a part of California’s clean energy future.
PG&E invites local area high school juniors to apply for a paid internship to explore career opportunities in the energy industry and expose students to a real-world work environment. Interns will work five hours per day for four weeks and earn minimum wage for your community: $11.00/hour in Fresno and Sacramento, $13.50/hour in San Jose.
Interns will get a head start on an exciting career in clean energy and be provided with industry certifications in OSHA-10 safety, CPR, and traffic control and flagging while developing a professional resume and LinkedIn profile, gaining hands-on experience working alongside PG&E employees and participating in project-based learning.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must be a high school junior entering your senior year in the fall of 2018, provide the necessary documents, and agree to abide by all of the rules and expectations.  Minors under age 18 on the first day of the program require parental permission and a valid work permit.
