BCW 2018 Woman of the Year Nomination Form

The Brookline Commission for Women is accepting nominations for the Brookline’s 2018 Woman of the Year. Please fill out and submit this form electronically or print and mail to: BCW, Casey Hatchett, c/o Brookline Police Department, 350 Washington Street, Brookline, MA 02445.
 
Nominees must either live or work in Brookline. The Woman of the Year will be honored at an awards ceremony at the Hunneman Hall on March 29th in conjunction with the 26th Annual Woman Who Inspire Us essay contest and awards ceremony.
 
The event is sponsored by the Brookline Commission for Women in celebration of National Women’s History Month. Nominations are being accepted through February 26th.
