In early 2017, King County was awarded an end youth homelessness demonstration grant through the federal office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Through this grant, King County developed a Coordinated Community Plan to prevent and end youth homelessness. The YAB will participate fully in the development and implementation of this plan. Being a member of the Youth Advisory Board is your opportunity to make significant impact in how King County provides support to youth and young adults experiencing homelessness
