Please read the following and acknowledge your compliance before filling out the application:
- I will submit a letter from my Supervisor, Mayor or Board, along with this application, confirming my municipality’s support of my attendance to the 2018 WMCA Conference.  [I understand that my application is forfeit if a letter is not sent in.]
 
- I will answer every question in this application in order to receive the most points possible.

- I understand that if a scholarship is awarded to me, I must attend the 2018 WMCA Annual Conference on August 22-24, 2018, in Green Bay and I will attend all classes and events from Wednesday afternoon through Friday. 


- I also understand that if I am not employed at the same municipality at the time of the 2018 WMCA Conference, I will forfeit the scholarship.

Please Note:    You should to make your own hotel reservation now, without waiting for the scholarship results. You can always cancel later if you do not win and cannot attend.  Also this is a reimbursement scholarship.  You must register, pay and attend and after we verify through sign in sheets that you attended all classes necessary; then we give the scholarship check to you at the end of the conference on Friday at 11:30 am.
