Overview

This survey is conducted biennially by the Coalition of Bioscience Institutes (CSBI) - a 45-state member organization and BIO affiliate committed to serving the life science industry for the purpose of identifying the most vexing talent issues facing the country's life sciences industry for inclusion in the 2018 CSBI Workforce Trends Report.

Data collected through this survey will help communicate to key stakeholders the pressing workforce development needs faced by the industry, and lead to actionable steps to help alleviate them.

Information submitted as part of this survey is anonymized and reported in aggregate form only.

Why is your submission important? It will directly help CSBI develop guidance to the higher education and training communities, as well as public policy-makers, on workforce issues affecting our industry.
