WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO RECOGNISE PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT OUR LOCAL CULTURE?
Culture provides a vehicle for us to enjoy and document our community. The municipality has been populated since the mid 1800's with a diverse mix of immigrants and indigenous Australians contributing to the vibrancy of today. Recognising and celebrating our culture is important to maintaining the uniqueness of our community.
