Thank you for your interest in CDC/ATSDR Geography and Geospatial Science Working Group's (GeoSWG) 2018 Place & Health Conference!

At this time online registration for the event has closed; however, if you are a US citizen or CDC employee/contractor/fellow you may still attend by registering in person at the event. Unfortunately, due to security policy constraints, the clearance deadline has passed for international attendees. Therefore, non-US citizens may no longer register online or on-site. US citizens who are not CDC employees/contractors/fellows will need a valid government-issued photo ID to attend the event. If you plan on driving, your vehicle will be searched if you park on CDC’s campus. Please be sure not to bring prohibited or dangerous items (e.g. alcohol, weapons, etc.).

The 2018 Place & Health Conference is a free event and is open to CDC/ATSDR employees and contractors, state and local academic and government partners, public health and GIS professionals, and students.
