BFA Parent Satisfaction Survey AY2017-2018

We would like to invite you to complete one Parent Satisfaction Survey per family expressing your thoughts and opinions regarding the current BFA academic year.  The survey should take 15 minutes to complete.

As a token of our appreciation for participating in our survey any participants who share their family number will be entered in to a drawing for one of ten (10) Amazon or Target $25 gift cards.  Providing your family number will in NO WAY identify your family number with your answers. Your feedback is important to us and all responses WILL REMAIN ANONYMOUS.  Providing your family number simply allows us to enter you into the drawing to thank you for your participation. 

BFA's School Accountability Committee (SAC) developed this survey to obtain valuable feedback from our parents' perception of the school's operation this year.  The information obtained from this survey will be compiled and presented to BFA's Board of Directors (Board) at a later date which will be announced on the BFA website.  The SAC conducts the survey to collect information regarding past or current issues that may need to be addressed.  We take parental feedback very seriously and we appreciate your willingness to participate.  The SAC, Board, and Administration will use the results of this survey to determine whether BFA meets or exceeds the annual goals set for the school  by the Board.
