Please know that we first attempt to back fill all On Site Cancellations through this Wait List.

Most cancellations take place around “key dates” associated with the Retreat’s Cancellation Policy.

Should you receive a “Wait List Registration Invitation” you can commonly expect to be notified by the following dates:

- Wednesday, August 1st (week that follows)

- Sunday, September 30th (week that follows)

- Monday, October 15th (week that follows)

- Sunday, November 4th (week that follows)

- Last Minute Cancellations, November 23 - November 30

We request that you only apply for the Wait List if you’re committed to attending the Retreat, knowing that you will need to be available to accept an invitation at any of the possible times noted above.

Only correctly completed Retreat Wait List Applications will be considered for an On-Site Accommodation cancellation.
