Welcome to the first stage of the Leadership Intensives.

Congratulations! You have been selected to undertake a 2018 Leadership Intensive, with places funded by Family Safety Victoria.

Sponsored by Family Safety Victoria and developed and delivered by The Future Social Service Institute, the Leadership Intensives is designed to support you in creating impact when driving change in your organisation.

We want to inspire you to test your ideas and feel challenged, feeling motivated and energised to stimulate new ideas and lead differently.  It is time out from the busy grind to reflect, learn and discuss new ways to lead, plan, govern, communicate and influence change. People adapt to changing environments in different ways and as leaders we need to inspire people to embrace change and take on new ways of doings things.

The Leadership Intensives is your opportunity to be an active agent in your own learning by contributing to the content design of the course.

You will learn alongside peers facing similar experiences and challenges in the broader sector. The program is an opportunity to engage and problem solve with leaders from varied organisations with the aim to foster an alumni leadership network for the response and prevention of family violence in regions across the State.

The Program Features leading thinkers and professionals who may have been the architects or have overseen significant change who ‘span the boundaries’ of government, academia, social service and corporate sector.

We ask that you complete this co-design survey by Monday 30th July.
