2018 Lifetime Achievement In Prosecution Nomination |
Nomination Form
This award is designed to recognize an individual who has had a distinguished career as a public prosecutor. Eligible nominees include prosecutors with eighteen (18) or more years of prosecution experience in a city prosecutor, county attorney, and/or attorney general prosecution office, at least ten (10) of those years being within an Arizona prosecution office. Current and past heads of Arizona prosecution offices, including current and past APAAC Council members, are not eligible for this award. The APAAC Council recognizes that unique circumstances may justify giving this award to an individual who falls outside the eligibility parameters. Therefore, the APAAC Council has the authority to accept and consider all Lifetime Achievement In Prosecution Award nominations.
This award will be given at the 2018 APAAC Annual Prosecutor Conference Awards Lunch, on June 21, 2018, for outstanding lifetime accomplishment sustained by an Arizona prosecutor who, during the course of his/her career, has made significant contributions to the protection of public safety and the administration of justice, and whose career exemplifies the highest standards of dedication and commitment demonstrated by a public prosecutor.
Award nominations must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., on February 23, 2018. The APAAC Council will review the nominations and select the winner at its May 17, 2018, Council Meeting.
